This is a specialist collaboration between reputation strategists Jonny Harris and Sarah Mason.

  • Sarah is a senior communications adviser and spokesperson coach with extensive experience helping international brands and high-profile individuals craft and deliver compelling messages that resonate.

    Previously a Corporate Communications Director at global PR agency Hill & Knowlton, Sarah began her career as a national newspaper journalist, giving her the ability to develop effective personal narratives that are received effectively by diverse audiences. As a qualified executive coach, she creates supportive, practical environments that help leaders to build new communication habits with confidence, particularly when navigating sensitive situations. 

    Sarah works with clients to articulate their own stories using simple, persuasive language, adapt their style for different audiences and platforms, and handle challenging questions or high-pressure moments without losing their composure.




  • Jonny is a strategic communications specialist who focuses on reputation management and high-stakes media engagement. A qualified solicitor, accredited mediator, and former press regulator, he brings a rare understanding of how legal risk, media narratives, and public perception intersect.

    He has worked with senior leaders, founders and high-profile individuals through major career transitions, contentious exits, and periods of close regulatory, legal or media scrutiny. That experience means he understands both the formal processes clients may be navigating and the less formal, but equally important, court of public opinion.

    Jonny helps clients define a clear leadership narrative, prepare for challenging interviews, panels, and board conversations, and make good decisions about what to say and how to say it. His style is calm, pragmatic and highly tailored to senior professionals.
